Chandra Bondugula served as Director of Operations and primary organizer for Internal Medicine residency Program at Eliza Coffee memorial Hospital. He is involved in a number of projects throughout the medical center most notably the Co-management group of Physicians. He was primarily responsible for the initiation of our Blood Management Program focused on educating hospital staff on current evidence based guidelines for Blood product usage. This resulted in savings of $559,000 in 12 months. Dr Chandra has chaired committees on antibiotic stewardship, critical care stewardship, CPOE implementation, and many more. Chandra is very amiable and well received throughout the medical center.

I have known Chandra for the past four and a half years as the Designated Institutional Official at NAMC. Chandra's leadership and managerial skills ensured that the right message was effectively relayed to the physician staff at the medical center and to get the initiative approved. Chandra played an integral role in preparing the institutional and program applications. Throughout, he has maintained a constant correspondence with ACGME and ensured that the program stayed on track. Chandra's reliability is his biggest asset. Dr Chandra has taken his leadership and entrepreneurial spirit to one of America's most critical aspects- healthcare cost and expenditure. I strongly believe ZeaMed will innovate the new healthcare delivery. Chandra has been working on a groundbreaking concept called SmartHomeClinics, which will be the future of healthcare delivery.
